You are invited to a forum on youth housing instability and health in San Diego. The event will take place on May 15, 2019, from 5pm-7pm, at San Diego City College, Rm MS-140.
The event will be co-led by a group of young adult community activists and faculty and students. The forum will consist of a photo exhibition and a brief overview of our research project using “PhotoVoice” methodology to examine health, housing instability, and stigma in San Diego.
We are inviting a diverse group of community members and stakeholders, service providers, policymakers, and researchers to participate in this action-oriented event. The goal is to spark awareness and solution-focused discussions centered around key topics emerging from the data, including stigma, Hepatitis A, substance use, and youth resources.
