With the 50th anniversary of Centro Cultural de la Raza approaching in 2021 the Centro is envisioning new approaches to public engagement, historic preservation and new collaborations with artists. Come get involved in the future of the organization! The event will also kick off an online fundraiser of the same name to help the space bring new projects to fruition. One of the most exciting parts of this initiative is a collaboration with design students from San Diego State University who are proposing interior designs to begin imagining renovations to the space. These designs will be exhibited in the Centro’s gallery and will be open to community input.
