March and Rally
A labor and community-based mobilization effort to raise the consciousness of workers regarding labor rights, protections, and benefits. Inspired by the Chicago Haymarket Square Incident of 1866, and now, faced with the "ground zero" of labor, Wisconsin, the Haymarket Incident of the 21st century, San Diego May First seeks to educate, corroborate and support the movement for dignity and protection of the rights of workers.
