The Spanish Club's goal for El Día de la Raza is to educate and entertain others about the various Indigenes cultures of America.

In many countries there are similar holidays to commemorate the same event such as: Día de las Culturas (Day of the Cultures) in Costa Rica, Discovery Day in The Bahamas, Día de la Hispanidad in Spain, Discoverer's Day in Hawaii, and the newly-renamed (as of 2002) Día de la Resistencia Indígena (Day of Indigenous Resistance) in Venezuela.

This day El Día de la Raza, we are going to celebrate the birth of our current identity.

Join us from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm to enjoy vibrant performances from folkloric dancers, music group,, raffles, mariachi, karaoke contest, dancing contest, and much more…
