Prop 23 would kill California’s landmark clean energy legislation, AB 32 (passed in 2006) which aims to reduce air pollution, create green jobs, and lower greenhouse gas emissions. Prop. 23 is a deceptive proposition funded primarily by Texas oil companies Valero and Tesoro, two of the top polluters in the US.
Prop. 23 hurts all communities, but it hurts our communities first and worst.
We all have a right to breathe cleaner air NOW!
